N96 ARMS · COVERAGE & SERVICE
WARRANTY & SERVICE
Firearms are mechanical, and sometimes service is needed. When it is, we take care of the person who owns the
firearm — and we make the dealer who sold it look good doing it.
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
N96 Arms offers a limited lifetime warranty to the original owner, covering the proper function and operation of the firearm for original materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage from abuse, misuse, modification, or use for any illegal purpose or purpose other than hunting, competition, or sports, as determined by N96 Arms.

Warranty parts, firing system. Firing-system parts covered under warranty ship only to a dealer qualified to maintain or repair firearms, or to a certified gunsmith — at the
sole discretion of N96 Arms / North 96 Outdoors.
Non-warranty parts. A broken stock, forend, or other part damaged through improper use, along with wear-and-tear replacements, can be purchased by dealers through
N96 Arms. Retail parts and accessories are available to customers through North 96 Outdoors.
AMMUNITION & BREAK-IN NOTES
Read these before the first round goes in. Following them protects both the firearm and your warranty.
BREAK-IN PERIOD
SM12 · SN12
New firearms typically require a break-in period. We highly recommend shells rated at a minimum of 1300 FPS and 1 1/8 oz for the first 100–150 rounds.
SLUGS
SM12 · N96M2 · UNIQUE SP · HUNT SP · N96SPTAC · SX12 · PTRM1B · COMBO
Your customer's warranty is our problem too. Call us directly and we'll work it with you — the goal is to make you look like a rockstar.
CHOKE USE
ALL N96 SHOTGUNS
Because shotguns take many different types of shells, shot sizes, and slugs, we strongly recommend you understand the proper use of chokes with different shot.
VERIFY FIRST
COMBO
Call your ammunition manufacturer and ask if that specific slug load is rated safe to fire through a choke tighter than IMP CYL. Do this before every first use of a new slug load, not just once per gun.
DISCLAIMER: All specifications listed on this website and in the N96 Arms product catalog are approximate and will vary by model, gauge/caliber, and size. All firearms transfer through licensed FFL dealers.
